We had a pesky issue with a tankless water heater (installed by our trusted regular plumber who was on vacation) that was working great for years and then suddenly started acting up.After three separate attempts, they stuck with it, and stuck with us...and in the end, they managed to troubleshoot the correct solution!We appreciate their good communication and thoughtful explainations, their can-do attitude, and their focus on resolving the problem. Our Navien tankless water was acting up on a Sunday night. I didn’t know what to do so I called our rooter plumber for a referral. He recommended that I call Anthony at Providence Water Heaters. I called Anthony. I assumed I would get his voicemail. Anthony answered right away. He was very professional and easy to speak with on the phone. I texted him a few pics of our heater. He had Andrew come out to look at it and assess the situation. I am not familiar with tankless water heaters. Andrew was fantastic. He was very patient with me, and he showed me how our system worked. Andrew explained the issues to me in clear layman’s terms. It turned out that they specialize in Navien water heaters. He answered all my questions and then he worked his magic. He was very thorough and professional. He cleaned it and replaced some valves. When he finished, Andrew showed me how to maintain it. I am going to schedule them to come out for annual cleaning and maintenance. If I run into another issue again, I will definitely call Providence. Timely, competent and responsive after install as well. Heat pump water heater works great, saves us money over gas version especially after rebates and tax credit . Was recommended to me by my neighbor who had the same experience.

Anthony and Andrew did another great installation of a Navian tankless water heater for me, this time at my rental property. Their customer service is excellent and they showed up on time and completed on time. I find Providence Water Heaters to be reliable, reasonable, and do a quality install. Anthony was excellent to to work with. In addition to installing our heat pump water heater, he is also knowledgeable about all of the rebate programs. And he also knows how heat pump water heaters work, which is a huge bonus. Some of the other plumbers can install the heat pump water heaters, but don't really understand how they work as compared to regular gas water heaters. Our new water heater is working great and my wife and I highly recommend Anthony and Providence Water Heaters.
